Jessa Coleman Appointed to Urban Land Institute Advisory Board
The Urban Land Institute has a shared common goal of making cities better places to live for people from all walks of life.
BALTIMORE, Md. – PACE Financial Servicing, LLC (PFS) is pleased to announce that its Programs Manager, Jessa Coleman, will be serving on the Advisory Board for the Urban Land Institute’s Baltimore chapter.
The Urban Land Institute (ULI) is the oldest and largest network of cross-disciplinary real estate and land use experts in the world. Through its members’ dedication to its mission and their shared expertise, ULI has been able to set standards of excellence in development practice.
By serving on ULI Baltimore chapter’s Advisory Board, Ms. Coleman will have an opportunity to work with industry stakeholders and community members to advance the reach of C-PACE financing in the region. C-PACE (commercial property assessed clean energy) financing is a tool that enables property owners to invest in energy efficiency improvements and renewable energy generation in new and existing commercial properties. C-PACE’s dual use of promoting economic development while advancing clean energy innovation is an unmistakable corollary to the mission of the Urban Land Institute.
Ms. Coleman is honored to serve on this Advisory Board and looks forward to working alongside her colleagues to improve the lives of Maryland residents by helping them access clean and efficient energy.
